10 oz. Earth and Vine combines pears, apples and tangy cranberries to make this savory chutney. Used as a condiment, it makes the perfect turkey sandwich. For an elegant hors d'oeuvre, serve with pear slices, Stilton cheese, purple grapes and seeded flat bread. It’s delicious stirred into wild rice to complement pheasant or Cornish game hens.

Ingredients: Golden brown sugar, Granny Smith apples, Bartlett pears, cranberries, cider vinegar, fresh onion, golden raisins, orange zest, spices.

    6 baking apples 
    1 ½ cups whole rolled oats 
    9 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney 
    ½ cup walnuts, chopped 
    8 oz Earth & Vine Provisions Cinnamon Caramel Pear Culinary Sauce 
    Mild to medium cheddar cheese, optional 

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
    Core and scoop out apples, creating a cavity without going all the way 
    through bottom. 
    In a medium bowl mix together oats, Apple Cranberry Pear Chutney and 
    Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until apples are soft throughout. 
    Remove from oven and let stand for 15 minutes prior to serving. 
    Serve with wedges of cheddar cheese. 
    Serves 6 as a dessert.
