Appetizer - Artichoke Dip

Not only is it one of the easiest recipes to prepare, but it is always the most popular dish at the party. Serve right from the oven to the table and be sure to have a backup ready!

 

 

6 ounces Artichoke Lemon Pesto   

1/4 cup mayonnaise 

1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano 

 

Preheat the oven to 350°F. 

Thoroughly combine the artichoke pesto and mayonnaise and transfer to an ovenproof baking dish. Top with the Parmigiano-Reggiano and bake until golden brown and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with Bella’s Dipping Crackers. Serves 8 as an antipasti.
