A new and unique Acetaia Leonardi creation. A buttery dome-shaped rich brioche bread Panettone that instead of having the usual candied fruit and nuts, it is studded with raisins and once baked, injected with a rich and succulent Balsamic Vinegar creme.
Panettone is traditionally served after the Christmas meal along with a glass of dessert wine or bubbly wine, accompanied by dishes of mixed nuts, dried fruit, torrone and other Holiday confections. This unusual Italian artisanal tradition comes wrapped in cellophane inside a beautiful yellow box and due to its nature, available in limited quantities.
- Panettone can be warmed for few minutes and served with crème anglaise or fresh cream whisked with mascarpone
- Left-over Panettone makes a delicious French toast or bread pudding
