Gianfranco has passionately tended these trees throughout the years. After experimenting with pressing the olives and lemons, Gianfranco has come up with a new, spectacular oil that combines these classic flavors in an exciting product. His Olio Verde al Limone extra virgin olive oil is an incredible compliment to his delicious Olio Verde extra virgin olive oil. By pressing the lemon and olives together, he produces an oil with an extraordinary depth of flavor that is unmatched in today's market. This oil is a wonderful addition to green salads, grilled fish or roasted chicken. You may even wish to try it in an olive oil cake!
