The ceramic factory Estrela de Conimbriga is located in the middle of Portugal, just near from one of the most important Portuguese cities named Coimbra. Founded in 1975, actually with just about 50 employees, it has been devoted to the production of Artistic and Decorative Faience, and to the Utilitarian Tableware of high quality and different decorations. The decorative faience is inspired by the Portuguese traditional ceramics of the XVII and XVIII centuries and by Hispanic Arabic pottery, recreated and adapted to our days, keeping the production process of the artisanal spirit, paying special attention to the decoration that is always handmade.
