Preserved lemons have been made at Bella Cucina since the beginning. They are a unique condiment used in Morocco. Lemons are preserved with salt and salt brine, and cured using a time tested recipe. The farmhouse preserved lemons are sliced into wedges so they are easy to use in the kitchen. Simply separate the flesh of the lemon from the rind and mince the rind to add flavor to roasted asparagus, grilled fish or chicken. It can be cooked with couscous and cumin as a delicious Mediterranean side dish.
