12 oz. This is a jewel of a vinaigrette. Toss with baby spinach, dried cranberries, chopped apples, Gorgonzola cheese and sliced almonds. Drizzle over roasted asparagus or sauteed Brussels sprouts. Fold into creme fraiche and serve with grilled salmon or chicken. Exceptional with a fruit and cheese platter.
