We ship UPS to destinations in continental USA.
For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii we use the US Postal Service. Prices may vary from
quoted UPS prices.

Our shipping charges are based on the merchandise total of each delivery address, as follows:

Return Policy

Bulk coffee and tea items are not returnable unless they are found to be defective wherein a replacement will be sent.  Defective item must be returned and we will then credit you for return shipping charges.

Pottery, gourmet (unopened) and gift items may be returned within 10 days of receiving the order for exchange or store credit at the customers expense. Our pottery is handmade and is not returnable for cash refunds unless there is an obvious defect.

We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you. We are not responsible for items returned that are broken in shipment. The customer will be notified to process any claims necessary.

Gift Certificates

Sending the gift they want is as easy as sending a Ann Marie Gift Certificate, redeemable through our 800 line or our store. We regret that gift certificates cannot be redeemed online at this time. The Gift Certificate will arrive via first-class mail and a gift message can be included. You can order a Gift Certificate by ringing us at 1.800.706 9993 and a sales associate will be happy to assist you.

Gift Orders

We can include a gift message with your order free of charge. If you would like gift packaging we do charge $5.00 per item. Note some larger items may not be able to be gift packaged but we usually try our best. If you have special requests you can email us at annmarie@annmarie.com or ring us at 1-800-706-9993.

Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time through the my account page.
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.
