The Clematis pattern compliments all the current floral patterns, yet is so dist inct and beautiful on it's own. inspired by this lovely pattern, I always f ind room for another clematis plant in our Ann Marie's shop garden. ~ Ann Marie
Nicholas Mosse Pottery was established by Nicholas Mosse in 1976 after periods of tra ining in England and Japan. His mission was to produce beautiful, functional pottery in the style of Irish Spongeware. Irish spongeware was the traditional pottery of Ireland used in the 18th Century. It was ma inly made in simple honest shapes with a decoration applied with a cut sponge. The decoration was rurally inspired often using images of animals and plants popular in the region. Nicholas Mosse Pottery now produce an extensive range of patterns and shapes all still made and decorated by hand.
